Our goal is to educate, and design individualized programs to meet the individual needs of our members. Workouts are specifically tailored to each individual based off a thorough assessment of needs and member goals.
As we get older our bodies change which can have an impact on our function and mobility. Our range of motion may also decrease as we age. Balance, coordination and muscle strength also naturally reduced overtime.
Attend a free fitness center orientation at the center you plan to use for your exercise workout. The orientation includes an assessment of your fitness level, a tour of the cardio and strength training equipment, and a group orientation to the adjustments and use of the equipment. Schedules and registration information for orientations are posted in each fitness center.
We offer a variety of small group training sessions throughout the week. Small group personal training is personal training in small groups. Participants are guided on how to progress through different types of resistance, core, flexibility balance HIIT training safely and effectively, just like you would be in a one-to-one session.
